1. The operator can operate independently only after mastering the equipment performance and operation technology.
2. Before the operation, all kinds of sundries on the press shall be cleaned first, and any dirt on the hydraulic press shall be wiped.
3. The die of the hydraulic press must be installed when the power is off. Be careful not to collide start button.
4. Install the upper and lower mold alignment, adjust the mold clearance. Test the mold after he molds are fixed.
5. Before the operation of the hydraulic press, first, start the equipment to idle for 5 minutes, and check whether the oil level in the oil tank is sufficient, whether the sound of the oil pump is normal, and whether there is leakage.
6. Start the equipment for pressure test; check whether the pressure reaches the working pressure, whether the equipment operates normally and reliably, and whether there is leakage.
7. Adjust the working pressure, but not more than 90% of the rated pressure of the equipment. Press one workpiece first, and start production until the workpiece is qualified.
8. When the machine is running, it is forbidden to put hands and heads into the working parts of the pressing plate and mould.
9. When the machine has serious oil leakage problem or other abnormalities (such as unreliable action, loud noise, vibration, etc.), stop the equipment to analyze the causes, try to eliminate them, and do not put it into production with faults.
10. During the working process of the machine, the maintenance and adjustment of the mould are not allowed;
11. No welding and hot work shall be carried out around the hydraulic press, no inflammable and explosive materials shall be stored around the press, and fire prevention measures shall be taken.
12. When the hydraulic press stops working, the power shall be cut off, the mould and workpiece shall be cleaned and placed in order.
